Q: What kind of battery does the solar light use?
A: We use LiFePO4 (Lithium Ion Phosphate) which has much longer life cycle than normal Li-ion battery.
Q: How many charging cycles can it last? Is it more durable?
A: After 2000 cycles, it should still remain about 70% lifespan. (If we assume 1 day is 1 charging cycle, then it means 2000 days or almost 5.5 years.) That is why we have customers used our products since 7 years ago, and still using it without fail.
Q: How safe is it?
A: LifePO4 battery is very safe and has other advantages over normal Li-ion batteries. They are incombustible, meaning they will not burn in fire, therefore is safe for your properties. This is an important feature in the event of mishandling or under extreme temperature.

A: It depends on how much sun energy it captures, but generally about 6 hours under the bright sun.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: We provide up to 3 years warranty and the product definitely last much longer than that. That is why we have a lot of return cusotmers.

Q: Do we need to turn on/off the solar lights?
A: Solar lights turn on at night after detecting the absence of sunlight with a built-in photocell sensor. It will automatically turn on at night and automatically turn off during day time and charge the battery.
Q: Does solar lights charge it’s battery on cloudy days?
A: Yes, the charging process still works on cloudy days. Although the battery is not charged as quickly, the efficient solar panels can still generate electricity during partly cloudy days.
Q: Is the solar lights weatherproof?
A: Our solar lights is weatherproof. Long-lasting designs are typically able to handle ordinary outdoor rainfall.
Q: How long will the solar lights stay on at night?
A: They are designed to operate for the whole night as long as it is fully charged. Some of the lights are designed to have the same brightness throughout the whole night. Some will get dimmer after midnight. Some comes with motion sensor and become bright whenever someone passes by. So it depends on the type of solar lights you choose.
